In just about 2 months he was able to get the bank to approve the deal and accept our offer. We ended up closing escrow sooner than expected. We admit we ended up with a great deal! We both agreed if the property sold at that price, it would break the record for the highest sale in the local area. Who wouldn’t want such results?
